PEHB has advised Lagermax on the acquisition of LVTmoto and LogBATT

Lagermax Group has successfully completed two transactions with the support of PEHB. With the acquisition of the Spanish motorbike logistics company LVTmoto, it is further ex-panding its European network in two-wheel logistics. With the acquisition of a three-quarter majority stake in the battery logistics specialist Log-BATT in Germany, Lagermax is strengthening its Green Logistics Division and adding the battery logistics segment to its waste disposal and recycling logistics division.

Lagermax was legally advised by PEHB as transaction counsel.“These transactions continue the expansion course of Lagermax Group. Johannes Neumann (Partner, Labour Law), Verena Stolz (Partner, IP), Werner Hauptmann (Partner, Regulatory) and Maria Schranz (Associate, Corporate), among others, were in charge of the due diligence for the acquisition of a majority stake in LogBATT by PEHB.

The team of Nadja Vietz from Monereo Meyer Abogados was involved in the acquisition of LVTmoto as local counsel and also carried out the due diligence. In Germany, PEHB was supported in the acquisition of a majority stake in LogBATT by a team led by Johannes Joepgen from Ebner Stolz.
