With support of PEHB, Lagermax Logistics Austria GmbH has taken over the Dutch logistics group MOL Cargo. The company has its headquarters in Tiel, Netherlands, and another location in the port of Rotterdam, as well as a branch in Gent, Belgium. MOL Cargo has over 50,000 m² of storage and logistics space and operates regular Western European transports with its own fleet.
Lagermax has been legally advised by PEHB as Transaction Counsel. “With this transaction, Lagermax is further expanding the successful business area of two-wheeler logistics. We wish Lagermax every success in further strengthening their European logistics network.” says Michael Pressl, who has been primary responsible for the transaction. In addition, the PEHB team has consisted of Clemens Kriechbaumer (M&A, corporate law). Forest Flint’s M&A partner, Erik Stegerhoek, has acted as Local Counsel, with whom PEHB has already worked successfully in several transactions.
