Real estate law is one of the core areas in PEHB’s competence portfolio.
In cooperation with the internal M&A team, PEHB also regularly accompanies large-volume real estate transactions in the course of company acquisitions and sales.
- Assisting private individuals and companies in real estate transactions (contract negotiation up to recording in the land register)
- Handling of property development projects according to the Federal Property Development Act (BTVG) including preparation of property development contracts and condominium contracts
